Judy Michaud, along with her late husband Louie and their two daughters, made Highlands their home in 1986. Judy has been licensed in real estate since 1973, and in 2006, she purchased Meadows Mountain Realty, which became part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network in 2015. A proud Florida State University alumna, Judy has been honored three times on the prestigious Seminole 100 list, recognizing alumni-owned companies for their impressive growth. She enjoys living in Highlands Falls Country Club and is deeply rooted in the community. After an accomplished career as a top agent, managing broker, and owner of her own firm, Judy formed a dynamic partnership with Mitzi Rauers to create the Michaud Rauers Group.
 
Together, they built a team dedicated to exceptional customer service, combining local expertise, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. Their team has since grown to include Tom Goldacker, John Muir, and Brooks Kittrell, all committed to delivering the highest level of service to their clients. Judy and the Michaud Rauers Group serve Highlands, Cashiers, Sapphire, Glenville, Lake Toxaway, and Franklin, NC, as well as Sky Valley, GA.
